UPDATE: 13.05.20 COVID-19 SITUATION – New Reservations – Temporary Cancellation Policy
For new reservations booked by 31 August 2020 for stays until 30 September 2020.
1.       Date changes are permissible at no charge provided you contact us 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date.  This applies to standard/packages and non-refundable bookings.
2.       For standard/package rates – if cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival date, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the total booking.
3.       Thereafter our standard cancellation policies below apply.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking and we have a no children policy.
Check-in time is between 3:00pm & 9:00pm, please advise if you wish to check-in outside these times.
Check-out time is between 7:30am & 10:00am, please advise if you wish to check-out outside these times.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

1. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
2. Payment for non-refundable rates will be taken immediately.
3. Payment for all other rates will be taken up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
4. Payment will be taken from the credit card supplied when booking (unless prior alternative arrangement is made).
5. Payment may be made by credit card – Visa or Mastercard.
6. Credit card surcharge: 2%
7. Payment may be made by cash on arrival.
8. Payment may be made by internet banking for guests with a NZ bank account.
9. All rates and transactions are in New Zealand dollars.  
IMPORTANT: Please advise at the time of booking if your preferred method of payment is by cash or internet banking.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a small business, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore we do have cancellation charges as outlined below:

STANDARD/PACKAGES RATES
If cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival date, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the total booking. No Refund.

WARBIRDS OVER WANAKA (14-18 APRIL 2022)
If cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, we will charge 100% of the full cost of the total booking. No Refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you cancel your reservation or fail to arrive no refunds are available.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly advise guests take out Travel Insurance at the time of booking. Our insurance is our cancellation policy, and we will adhere to it under any circumstance, including a Force Majeure event of any kind.
